Introductory Session

I believe the best way to learn about coaching and whether a specific coach is a good fit for you is to try it.

That's why I am currently offering a free introductory session so you can learn more about how I coach and see for yourself the valuable impact of coaching on your life.

To schedule your free session, please send me an     with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • The telephone number where you can be reached

  • Your location (city and state or province)

  • At least three preferred times for your session
(I offer these free coaching sessions throughout the entire week, including weekends and evenings, so please include a good variety of times so that we can synchronize our schedules)

Introductory sessions are at least a half hour, but you should block your calendar for a full hour should we decide to continue our discussion.

Once I receive your email I'll be contacting you by email and/or phone to schedule your session.

Helpful Hint

To get the most out of your free intro session I highly suggest you subscribe to the Catalize Newsletter so that you can look at the Catalize Wheel of Life and identify the top 1-3 areas that are most important to you right now.

You might decide an area is important because your current situation is far from your ideal, or because your ideal is so juicy you want to make sure you achieve it sooner rather than later. It’s entirely up to you what you’d like to focus on in your sample session.

During our call you’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about coaching and decide through your experience if we are a good fit for ongoing coaching support. Oh, and it’s also going to be fun. :)

I am so looking forward to meeting you!
