Sample Life Coaching Session

I believe the best way to learn about coaching and whether a specific coach is a good fit for you is to try it.

That's why I am currently offering an inexpensive introductory session so you can learn more about how I coach and see for yourself the valuable impact of coaching on your life.

Your Sample Coaching Session is 30 minutes, by phone. In your session I'll explain more about how coaching works. Then you'll pick one area from the Wheel of Life and I'll help you identify your most inspired vision for that area.

We'll wrap up with a quick NLP guided visualization to help you lock in your vision so that you immediately start to experience and attract all that yummy goodness you've discovered for yourself. Get started now!

Helpful Hint
To get the most out of your free intro session I highly suggest you subscribe to the Catalize Newsletter so that you can look at the Catalize Wheel of Life and identify the top 1-3 areas that are most important to you right now.

You might decide an area is important because your current situation is far from your ideal, or because your ideal is so juicy you want to make sure you achieve it sooner rather than later. It’s entirely up to you what you’d like to focus on in your sample session.

During our call you’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about coaching and decide through your experience if we are a good fit for ongoing coaching support. Oh, and it’s also going to be fun. :)
